Double Cap Sheepskin Seat Covers - Double Cap sheepskin covers are made of all sheepskin. They are made with sheepskin on the front, bottom & sides of the seat. These are generally more expensive because they have more sheepskin leather than the other types of sheepskin covers.
All Sheepskin Seat Covers - These are just like the Double Cap covers. This is just a term used to make it easier to someone that doesn't know a lot about sheepskin seat covers.
Deluxe Super Fit - These are the same as the super fit covers listed below, but are crafted with the thickest sheepskin fleece offered. These covers are of very high quality.
Super Fit Sheepskin Seat Covers - Super Fit covers are less expensive because they have Sheepskin on the front as well as the bottom of the seat where your body actually sits. They have a synthetic material we call a matching fleece, this fleece matches the color and texture of the sheepskin very closely. This fleece is on the sides and back of the seat, there is still 100% sheepskin on the top and bottom.
Mosaic Diamond - Mosaic means the seats are made with a pattern, we use a diamond pattern. This means that the seats are put together in a pattern made of small uniform diamonds. Mosaic is made of a lot of small pieces put in a diamond pattern instead of single pelt of sheepskin. These are our cheapest covers. Don't think that cheap means less quality. These sheepskin seat covers are very high quality.
Tailor Made Mosaic Seat Covers - Tailor Made Mosaic covers are made from small pieces put together in a diamond pattern. These are crafted to tailor fit bucket seats, they can not be tailor made to fit bench seats.
Standard Sheepskin Seat Covers - Standard has a little shorter wool fleece than the other seat covers. They are like 5/8" thick fleece instead of 7/8" fleece. The word standard may seem to imply less quality, I personally think they are just as high quality they just have a little shorter fleece.
Sheepskin is a very soft and durable type of leather, the fleece has some very amazing properties that will protect you and your vehicles interior.
Deluxe means best or thickest fleece.
Mosaic is the same thickness but made up of small diamond shaped pieces.
Standard has a shorter fleece than the others.
Deluxe is most expensive - Standard is in the middle & Mosaic is usually the cheapest.
Do you have to have sheepskin on the sides of the seats? It will save you a lot of money if you choose the super fit sheepskin covers.
Find out if you need tailor made sheepskin seat covers? Don't let any dealer fool you into getting tailor made covers. Make sure you ask why do you have to have tailor made? If you have integrated seat belts into your seats or built in armrest you will have to have tailor made covers. If you have odd shaped seats or really thick seats then you may have to have them tailor made also. Check and see if the pre made sheepskin seat covers can be altered for a small fee instead of getting tailor made covers - sometimes this can be done depending on the vehicle.
If you want the best bang for your buck go with the Mosaic super fit. Even if these have to be tailor made they will still be very affordable. The mosaic has a diamond pattern that looks really nice. Mosaic is made up of the best quality sheepskin. Mosaic Sheepskin Covers are my favorite for high quality and low price.
If by chance you want a shorter fleece make sure you stick with the standard. Standard and Mosaic only fit bucket seats.
If price is not a problem then pick the all sheepskin seat covers. These are very high quality. They are great for vehicles people put in shows. Some people like the feeling they get when they know there sheepskin seat covers are all sheepskin.
